150g puff pastry
2 tablespoon of soft cheese
15g parmesan cheese
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 200C, gas mark 6.
Roll out pastry and place on a baking sheet. (Oblong about 24 cms by 18 cms)
Score around the pastry to form a line about 2 cms from edge.
Mix soft cheese and grated parmesan. Spread evenly over the pastry (not on the marked edge). Steam the asparagus until just tender.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes and asparagus over the cheese. Drizzle on the olive oil. Cook for 15-20 mins until golden brown and risen.
