Christmas: Boxing Day Pudding

Boxing Day Pudding


Cold Christmas Pudding
3/4 pint milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 large eggs

Heat oven to 160 degrees or Gas Mark 3

Cut pudding into slices, put into oven proof dish and sprinkle with brandy.  Warm milk and vanilla essence, whisk the eggs and stir into the milk.  Pour through sieve onto the pudding

Bake for approx 1 hour (until set)  Serve with single cream
