This is almost certainly the simplest recipe on the site, so anyone can do it! Children will love to help, and the end product tastes wonderful!
This produces ice-cream that will scoop easily straight from the freezer!
plus anything you fancy to add a different taste - vanilla, chocolate, coffee flavouring, fruit...
Use three times the weight of cream compared to the icing sugar ... e.g. 150 gms of cream, 50 gms of icing sugar.
Whip the cream and icing sugar until it is fully whipped, and the cream will “stand”.
Add your favourite flavouring and whisk gently for a short time.
Pour into containers and freeze.
