Kath Burkill’s Mock Crab

Mock Crab - a filling for  sandwiches

Ingredients
2 eggs.
2 tablespoonfuls of butter
4 tomatoes skinned
Salt and pepper

Beat eggs.
Add butter.
Cut up skinned tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook together till thickened.
