Pork Chop Casserole
* 4 Pork chops
* 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
* 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
* 1 can of mushroom soup
* 1 cup of milk
* 1 teaspoon of sage
* Season to taste (add a little garlic if liked)
In a frying pan, brown pork chops on both sides
In a greased casserole dish - layer half the potatoes, then a layer of onions , then the rest of the potatoes, then the rest of the onions.
Arrange the pork chops on top.
Mix the mushroom soup, milk, sage & seasoning. Pour over the chops.
Cover and bake at 200 degrees C for about an hour.
(This can of course be done in a traditional oven but it is a good recipe for a halogen oven.)
